QRtization

This is blog is to be used for supporting the app QRtization.

QRtization is an app for generating conventional QR codes directly from your iPhone or iPad. QRtization gives users the option of generating their codes in a more distinguished manner with the help of colors and logos, which makes them self-explanatory and easier to spot.

QR codes are two-dimensional codes that are readable by smartphones (on any platform) given that they are equipped with QR code or barcode scanners. QR codes have gained extensive popularity (mainly in mobile marketing, ads, posters) due to their fast readability and large storage capacity (up to 7,089 numbers, 4,296 alphanumerics, or 2,953 bytes), despite being presented in few centimeter wide squares. QR codes are also very helpful in sharing information, websites, and social pages and groups on the go. Read more about QR codes in here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/QR_code

There are tens of free and reliable QR scanner apps available in the App Store, which can scan, detect and open the codes’ contents in a matter of few seconds… literally. We recommend QRReader and Qrafter, which proved to be very reliable when testing our app.

Please note that we followed standards for generating codes when this app was developed. Also, make sure you choose a light-colored background and a dark-colored foreground when customizing QR codes’ colors and backgrounds.
